Oakleaf partnership are currently working with a highly reputable property business based in London to secure their first L&D Manager.


You will have responsibility and assistance from an L&D Coordinator who is already in place.


This is an integral role to the business and a very exciting opportunity for anyone wishing to take full ownership for the implementation of a brand-new Learning experience. You will be tasked to diagnose and analyse training needs across the business befo

re design new programmes which will be rolled out within a timely manner.
Ideally, you will have experience coming from either a property business or at least a sale's driven environment.


Day to day duties include:


- Review the L&D strategy ensuring it aligns with the company's culture and operational realities and constraints.
- Critically evaluate the companies L&D offering. Assess the needs of the organisation and prioritise according to the changing operational needs of the business.
- Analyse current skills and abilities throughout the business to manage talent, identify skills gaps and review appropriate training options.
- Assess, create, deliver, and maintain the following topics:
o Leadership & Management Development
o Compliance & Onboarding
o Role specific training
o Core training
- Conduct post-learning evaluation to understand successes and improvement opportunities for the designed solution while establishing methods for ensuring both consistency and quality.


From an experience point of view, you will have had full exposure to all areas across L&D and feel comfortable executing the L&D lifecycle.
Property experience in highly desired, however anyone coming from a sale's driven type of business will suit this opportunity well.
