Our client are a Multinational company based in the East Midlands and they are currently recruiting for a fully remote Recruitment Administrator for immediate start.
Your new role
As a Recruitment Administrator you will be supporting the Events Project team in high volume recruitment. You will be shortlisting CVs against job descriptions, screening candidates over the phone, coordinating candidates onto assessment days and then seeing successful candidates through the on-boarding stage. You will be working to set targets and KPI's in volume of hires, time to hire and the quality of communication and service provided to candidates, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
This is a full time role working from home on a 12 month FTC.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role we are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who have experience in supporting on large volume recruitment projects and providing administrative support. You will be IT literate with excellent communication skills and proven experience in working to and achieving targets and KPI's. Any prior experience within compliance administration is desired alongside a good understanding of employment law.
