Henlee Resourcing is working with a fast paced commercial business based in Swindon, to recruit an experienced Interim HR Advisor, for an initial 6 month fixed term contract.
You will join a talented HR team, in a business going through significant change, supporting on a diverse range of generalist activities. Employee Relations (disciplinary and grievance, absence management, harassment, bullying etc), talent development, change projects and initiatives , MI reporting and, maintaining and updating policies and procedures.
To hit the ground running, you must have strong generalist knowledge, with experience gained in a similarly commerical and pacey environment. You will be used to dealing with high volume, be able to work in high performing team, possess excellent relationship building, problem solving and analytical skills and have a good commercial acumen.
