Customer Service Advisor

40 hours a week, working from home
Hays are currently recruiting for over 50+ customer service advisors to start on a temporary basis within August. These will all be working from home inbound customer service roles, your daily duties will consist of:
- Answering inbound calls
- Taking customer data and recording onto system
- Going through FAQs with customers and assessing the decision of the call
What you will need
- You will have to have full eligbilty to work within the UK
- No pending or unspent criminal conviction
- Excellent written and verbal english skills
