Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a Global Technology Business based in Central London to secure a new Talent Acquisition Partner due to growth. This role will sit on the Media side of the business.

This is a superb opportunity for a Media specialised Recruiter to join one of the biggest brands across the globe. Both agency side and in house recruiters are welcome to apply!

You will be reporting to the TA Senior Manager, working alongside another TA Partner to build upon the media team headcount. Roles to be recruited include: PPC/Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, SEO, Creative (UX/Design), Digital delivery, Strategy and Planning.

As well as day to day Recruitment, you will also get involved in a variety of ongoing projects.

Due to popular demand and ambitious growth plans, each TA are currently managing c.20 jobs at present. You will need to have had experience managing the same workload with the ability to prioritise your effectively. You will need to have come from a fast-paced Media business/agency or Media specialise recruitment agency.

Experience managing end to end recruitment cycle is a must, as well as exposure to contract and permanent roles.
