Interim HRBP

We are actively recruiting for an interim HR Business Partner to join our client on a full-time basis fpr initally 12 months based in West Ealing 

Yu will be responsible for partnering with the business and playing a lead role with leaders and managers to build their people capability, whilst delivering an excellent HR partnering service across the business.

About the role

• Provide a proactive, outcome orientated HR business partnering service to managers by providing pragmatic advice, guidance and solutions.
• Enable managers to manage on all aspects of HR work including but not limited to absence, disciplinary, grievance, capability and performance, providing support as necessary whilst determining and mitigating business risk.
• Accurate KPI metrics are presented to the business, understanding impact and driving improvements.
• Be a champion and enabler of change, providing high level expertise in organisational design and advice on how to shape business change programs including restructuring and redundancy.
• In partnership with business leaders ensure delivery of timely talent mapping data for your business areas, including driving key actions to ensure there is a pipeline of future leaders that are being developed and retained, succession planning in critical roles and our colleagues are performing to the expected standard in their roles.
• Lead on delivery of a range of HR project work by undertaking research, organising, planning, and other tasks as required.
• Champion and lead innovation to drive continuous improvement.

About you

• Strong and proven experience operating in a large operation as a HRBP.
• Commercially focussed.
• Able to operate strategically as well as delivering a hands-on service.
• Supported a minimum of 450 employees in your personal client group.
