Recruitment Manager - Contract

An urgent requirement!

Recruitment Manager required – 3-6 months - home-based with limited site visits. Part-time hours considered.

You will need:

• An HR background, ideally gained in the food sector or similar to work with the senior HR team supporting the sites and recruiting teams.
• Co-ordinate and support the attraction and recruitment of hourly paid and salaried employees across multiple sites ensuring progress is communicated to the site leadership and HR teams.
• An understanding of recruitment but this is not a recruiter role. 
• To be a do-er and along with your HR background you need to be creative, able to make sure ideas are co-ordinated and actioned.
