An innovative and pioneering challenger bank is looking for an interim Talent Acquisition Partner initially on a 3 month FTC. Due to exciting levels of growth, you will be utilising your strong stakeholder management skills to recruit at all levels for a wide variety of roles across the front, middle and back office. This is a true 360 recruiter role where you will be able to work autonomously to attract top talent to the bank!

Paying between £70000 to £80000

Accountabilities include:

  • Leading the end to end recruitment process in a true 360 role
  • Working with the stakeholders to advise on the best recruitment strategy utilising both direct and indirect sourcing methods
  • Building strategies to identify, engage and recruit top tier talent
  • Partnering closely with the business to understand their need and help build effective job descriptions
  • Devising and implementing talent mapping and candidate generation strategies, ensuring high quality and diversity of candidates
  • Offering a high quality candidate experience throughout the process
  • Working with the wider HR team to ensure the smooth onboarding and induction of employees

Skills and experience

  • Previous inhouse recruitment experience either directly or from an RPO within financial services
  • Passionate about recruitment with strong delivery skills
  • Good understanding of attraction strategies, EVP and process improvement
  • Demonstrate a strong operational and strategic knowledge of recruitment best practice
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to deal with changing requirements depending on the needs of the market
