Leading Global Technology Company - The role is based at the central Bristol office.

Description

As the HR Reward Analyst you will be delivering a high standard reward analysis service to the Reward team and wider business, through driving accurate and insights determined data. Acting as a central expert, whilst gaining exposure to stakeholders to ensure the team is providing recommendations that are precise and relevant.

You will have a strong ability to gather and interpret data, and provide insight and recommendations, drawing on data and analytical techniques. Advanced Excel experience is essential.

Profile

  • You will have solid experience of working in an in-house HR or consulting environment, ideally in a HR Reward Analyst role, or, as a minimum, an HR generalist with exposure to how data-driven pay decisions are made and annual pay review processes.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven and experience working in a role where you have drawn conclusions or made recommendations based on data insights.
  • Excellent planning and organising skills, with experience of project management or providing support to keep a critical project on track and delivered on time.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills are essential as is experience working with complex data reports and scenario modelling.
  • Experience in bench marking roles and providing recommendations based on market data.
  • Experience of working in a global or complex organisation.
