Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this national specialist services provider based near St Neots / Huntingdon to recruit a talented HR Manager to cover for maternity leave. The position is office based with 2-3 days at home per week.
Managing a small team, you and your team will offer expert advice and guidance on employment legislation, best practice and policies and procedures on a range of HR / ER matters. This includes end to end recruitment and selection, remuneration, terms and conditions of service, disciplinary and capability cases, grievance, redundancy and restructures as well as complex ER casework and TUPE etc.
You will possess a minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior HR advisory / manager position, which will include people management as well as providing advice and support for managers, training, responsibility for recruitment / onboarding through to the dismissal of staff, grievance, disciplinary procedures, absence management, redundancy, ER etc. Ideally you will be a minimum CIPD level 5 qualified / studying towards your level 7.
