Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this national specialist services provider to recruit a talented HR Officer / Advisor on a permanent basis. The position will he home based with limited travel to the sites across Suffolk / Norfolk.
The purpose of the role is to provide front / first line advice and guidance on employment legislation, best practice and policies and procedures on a range of HR / ER matters. This includes terms and conditions of service, first line advise on disciplinary and capability cases, grievance, redundancy, ER casework etc. You will be managing a busy inbox, attending / note taking on grievance / disciplinary meetings as well as raising more complex issues to the HR Advisors within your team.
You will possess a minimum of 12-18 months experience in a HR Coordinator / Officer position, which will include first / front line advice and support for managers. Ideally you will be CIPD level 3 qualified / studying towards it.
