My client, a high-growth Fintech Business is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join the growing team to lead the Recruitment for the Tech and Product teams. The business has grown significantly during the pandemic and are looking to continue on their rapid growth journey.

This role will partner with senior business leaders in Tech to plan and deliver on recruiting requirements. The successful candidate will have experience of recruiting at-pace, while also leading on project work around D&I and Employer Brand. It is essential that you can manage both at-pace.

The role will come with several direct reports and will be responsible for the training and development of the team.
