Executive Talent Acquisition Partner

We have an exciting role for an Executive Talent Acquisition specialist at this forward thinking, global financial services company. Working within their Private Markets division, you will be responsible for managing Executive level appointments and promoting the organisation as an employer of choice. You will also be focusing on attracting a diverse range of Senior Executive candidates. This is a 12 month FTC and will be offering flexibility between office and home working

Accountabilities:

• Building effective pipelines of internal/external talent to meet current and future business demands
• Utilising best in class sourcing methods to target a diverse range of executive talent
• Developing insights and knowledge of talent in international markets to support international hiring
• Sharing global market trends and competitive knowledge with your stakeholders
• Working with the SLT to design appropriate candidate attraction strategies
• Partnering strategically with external Executive Recruitment parties to manage the end to end recruitment cycle
• Supporting and integrating diversity and inclusion hiring objectives
• Implementing current assessment processes making use of online, face to face and collective assessment practices in line with the company's values and competencies
• Collaborating with team members helping with the enhancement of executive talent acquisition projects
• Performing interviews to assess capabilities and manage the evaluation process and hiring decisions, ensuring a positive candidate experience at all times
• Providing global MI reporting spanning both lateral and Executive level appointments

Skills and experience

• We can only consider candidates who have Talent Acquisition experience hiring at Executive level within Private Markets, Asset Management or Investment Management
• Demonstrate significant executive front office hiring experience
• Experience working within an executive search firm is highly advantageous
• Experience in building and attracting executives from diverse talent pools
• Confident and collaborative with strong delivery skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills
• Strong data analytical and insights experience
