Job Details
We have a current opportunity for a Recruitment Co-ordinator on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Manchetser.
This role will be working with a large financial services contract where you will be responsible for engaging with line managers helping to understand thier reuirements, advertising (internally) the vacancies and then reviewing video applications and presenting shortlists of internal applicants to the hiring manager.
The successful applicant will threfore have strong communication skills and be confident and competent at articulating themselves with the recruiting line managers. You will also be very organised with good written skills.
If you have worked in a recruitment co-ordinator position previously, or have begun your recruitment journey as a junior consultant and decided that the sales element was not for you, this role might be of interest.
The role offers flexibility, with a sensible approach to delivering the required outcomes for their clients. This organisation is still working remotely and expects to continue until next year. When returned to the office, you will be working in a hybrid capacity, working 2 or 3 days from home.
There is a discretionary bonus paid anually of 7.5% 23 days holiday, and a fantastic amount of career development available to the successful applicants.
