We have a current opportunity for a Direct Recruiter on a permanent basis. The position will be based in Manchetser. This is a great role based in Central Manchester for a recruiter to work on a number of large accounts under this very well known RPO.

You will be supporting Blue Chip organisations and working direrctly with the line managers and on site teams to help source top talent. You will have access to line managers and will be encouraged to develop meaningful relationships with them.

There is no business development with this role, so if you have worked in a recruimtent agency and perhaps have not enjoyed the colder business development, or felt under pressure to hit KPI's as opposed to delivering best outcomes for your clients and candidates, this may well be an attractive proposition for you.

Ideally you will be from a white collar recruitment background, have a genuine want to add value to your clients processes and be a personable and professional individual. Ideally you will have had pro active head hunting experience, be used to working at a fast pace with quite high volumes, and be good at building relationships with stakeholders.

This role offers quarterly commission paid in this role on a by placement basis, and there is a distinct and meaningful career path for you to develop into a number of different roles.

The organisation is still working remotely and expects to continue for the remainder of this year, upon return to the office it will be on a hybrid basis with 2/3 days being from home. There is a sensible aproach to flexibility, on the basis of ensuring the work gets done.

The office itself when back in, is vibrant, professional and fun, where you will join almost 200 colleagues.
