Role overview

You'll work closely with the Director of Communications, and other members of the wider comms team and further HR and senior leadership team to support the delivery of internal comms and engagement activity across the business.

You'll support major campaigns, change initiatives and employee events and help with the delivery of comms out to our front-line teams.

This would be an excellent fit for a graduate looking to make their first step into internal communications or an individual who has recently started their communications career.

What you'll do

  • Write communications plans and materials including intranet articles
  • Help send out emails and comms to employees including urgent messages and operational comms
  • Support as needed with the delivery of internal communications content, campaigns and events
  • Support team members with intranet publishing, content development and editing and design needs, filming
  • A great writer, you'll deliver compelling content that fits the channel and purpose of communications
  • Support with face to face events and leader meetings (when we are able to)
  • Analyse and understand strategies employed by other organisations in relation to employee communications to further improve our competence and skills
  • Help coordinate team activities such as team meetings and team away days (again, when we can/ feel comfortable doing so)
