Our client has a Head office in Gravesend where you, as HR Business Partner, will work with a range of employees from marketing and Head office to skilled engineered and surveyors.
Our client is looking for someone for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
Description
This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) for an HR Business Partner in the Gravesend area, Kent.
You will work with Head office of a organisation at the centre of London's transport and Logistics where you will work with Line Managers to assist with:
- Employee Relations
- Recruitment
- Talent Management
Profile
You will be free to join and live within a commutable distance from our client who is based in Gravesend, Kent.
You will need to demonstrate that you have experience:
- Working as a Business Partner or Senior Hr Advisor
- Working on a range of Employee Relations issues
- Working in a unionised environment
- Working on recruitment projects
You should be able to demonstrate experience in one of the following sectors - manufacturing / Transport and rail / engineering / Logistics / The Public Sector or within a Government Organisations
You must be able to start at short notice and ideally in August 2021
Job Offer
A competitive basic salary of up to £45,000 and benefits for a 12 month fixed term contract (FTC).
There is a flexible approach to working in the office and you will be expected to be in the office 3 days a week
