Hays HR are pleased to be supporting a Plc in the support services sector with multiple business streams and multiple UK locations who are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Manager.

Your new role

Working as a Senior Manager in the recruitment sector, you will take direct responsibility for the effective performance of a number of offices and contracts. You will be managing manager level professionals and their teams across various locations in North Yorkshire and further afield.

Leading a target driven management team providing recruitment and training services across a large geography operating out of a number of local offices, you will be responsible for ensuring that all actions are taken to fulfil contracts and that they are delivered within budget and to agreed quality standards.

Senior Operations Managers also ensure the smooth running and productive dynamics of their teams by acting as a the main point of contact between all key individual.

You will manage your teams by monitoring all elements of the sales management process, motivating, ensuring and supporting Co-Members to perform effectively in their roles.

You will develop and maintain professional relationship with internal stakeholders as well as with employers.

As a Senior Operations Managers you are responsible for the management of financial resources and facilities within your remit.


What you'll need to succeed

You will have proven experience in leading a management team and familiar with delivering a service through contract management, budgetary control and efficient workflows.

This role would suit someone from a recruitment agency, welfare to work or perhaps retail or banking sector background who is used to managing and motivating remotely.
