Compensation & Benefits Specialist
£60,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits
12 months
I am exclusively working with a Technology organisation, as they look to hire a Compensation & Benefits Specialist on a 12 month contract basis. The position will be based in London. This business has had huge success in the last year and plan to grow by another 200 employees.
This is a Compensation & Benefits role, which will focus on the design and strategy elements. You will:
* Review of existing benefit offerings across International markets
* Complete annual salary review and benchmarking
* Review of and administration for all company benefits to include pension, life insurance, healthcare and income protection to create a fully reviewed and structured benefit platform
The successful candidate will have excellent stakeholder management as well as strong Benefits knowledge. You will either come from a Benefits background with a desire to develop your Compensation skills or you will have blended experience with a mix of the two.
Curo compensation experience will be highly preferred and advantageous.
