Your new role
This role plays an important part in the organisation covering maternity leave. With c150 employees, this HR Generalist post will support the business in achieving business goals including TUPE. There will be a low amount of case work/ER issues in this post and it is supported by a HR Officer and HR Administrator.
What you'll need to succeed
You need to be a seasoned HR professional with gravitas to report to the board. This is in the financial sector and experience gained within professional services is essential. Sound ER knowledge is required whilst case work is not volume. TUPE experience is essential.
