Your new role
Reporting into the ER Team Manager, you will be responsible for all Employee Relations issues at the trust.

- HR policy and procedures

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed as an ER Manager, you must have in depth experience & knowledge of Employee Relations in a complex, multi-disciplinary organisation with a CIPD qualification or equivalent,
