HR Business Partner
Flexible with main office base being in Enfield, with occasional business travel

A unique opportunity to join a dynamic and forward thinking food manufacturer as a HR BP with a project focus in a revamped role within their HR team.
In this autonomous role working across three sites and Head Office, you will support the delivery of business objectives through our people, embedding leading people activities in the areas of recruitment, retention, training, development, inclusion, engagement and wellbeing.
The focus will firmly be on:
- Organisational Development – understanding the capabilities required to drive organisational performance and put in place plans and tools to support this across the business.
- Talent Management – working with functional leaders within the organisation to give them the tools and build their capability to develop talent and help their teams have fulfilling careers.
- People Plan – owning the building of the People Plan and working closely with the HR Team to deliver specific projects arising from the HR Strategy.
You will be working as part of a flexible team of six – we are looking for someone who can bring their own blend of creativity and expertise to this role. Total flexibility is offered regarding location and working pattern – however the successful applicant will be able and happy to travel to any one of the sites, but ideally cover one or two days per week in Enfield Middlesex.
