Frazer Jones are working with a leading global consultancy business on an exclusive basis for a Reward Advisor. Based in the heart of London, the company operates in almost 100 markets globally with nearly 20,000 employees. This is a maternity cover role (12/13 months) where you will be reporting in to the Head of Reward and HR Analytics.

As the Reward Advisor you will manage on-going reward programmes and be the subject matter expert for the business in this field. You will be responsible for a wide range of matter including running the benefits for the business and being instrumental in HR analytics and reporting to drive effective business performance and decisions. 50% of the role will be focused on benefits with 4 months of the year spent heavily on renewals, liaising with vendors and brokers to negotiate competitive benefits initiatives. The business is always striving to be versatile and deliver the best benefits on the market so a lot of the role will be project based to design and implement new benefit agendas. The other 50% of the role will be focused on compensation and HR analytics, dealing with large data sets and presenting and partnering with senior stakeholders across the business. You will have one administrator to support you with the administrative aspects of your role so you have focus more on the commercial and higher skilled elements of your job.

Some of your duties will include:

  • HR Reward reporting - monthly metrics reports to management board
  • Support annual pay review process for UK&I employees
  • Lead on the annual salary survey submission process
  • Lead on ad-hoc reward and benefits projects - designing, implementing, communicating and training on new initiatives
  • Be the subject matter on all benefits, resolving all employee queries and producing communications
  • Monitor benefit spend against budget
  • Manage vendor and broker relationships
  • Financial wellbeing programme
  • Compensation pay review analysis
  • Data input and analysis for pension governance committee meetings and gender pay gap

To be considered for this position you must have an analytical mindset, effective reporting and communication skills plus have a proven track record of performing in a HR or Reward positions previously demonstrating these skills. You must have strong Excel skills (competent with VLookups and Pivot Tables and a minimum). Ideally you will have experience managing benefits for a business and completed renewal processes from start to finish. My client will also consider HR professionals with proven HR analytics experience that haven't necessary completed a role of this breadth before but will provided training and development so you can progress in the position.

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary for this role and a 10% non-contributory pension scheme plus access to a whole host of flexible benefits.
