Recruitment Administrator

Your new company
Delighted to be supporting one of my local clients based in Newcastle on the recruitment of a recruitment administrator to join their organisation on a 3 month contract to support recruitment activities. This is a hybrid working opportunity - but you must be able to commute to Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Your new role
In your new position you will work closely with the internal recruitment team supporting on various recruitment activities.

You responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and arranging interviews with successful applicants
  • Overseeing the onboarding and induction, ensuring all new starters are compliant and have the relevant documentation and information prior to joining the organisation
  • Involved in project work
  • Liaising with hiring managers, candidates and agencies
  • Updating hiring managers diaries
  • Updating the internal systems daily


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this position you will need experience within a recruitment position previously and be able to demonstrate good communication and writing skills.

  • Able to demonstrate experience within a recruitment role previously
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Diary management
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Updating systems
