Client Details

A fast growing and successful organisation in the FMCG industry based in Hoddesdon They are now looking for Recruitment Administrator with 1 - 2 years experience to join their team.

Description

Recruitment Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Source, develop and retain candidates pipelines
  • Generate candidates from multiple sources
  • Write engaging job adverts that attract candidates to the opportunities
  • Highlight trends and identify market insights into recruitment challenges and identify opportunities for development
  • Partner with stakeholders and support them with candidate management
  • Work with third party agencies when appropriate

Profile

  • Proven experience as Recruiter/ Resourcer (Inhouse or Agency)
  • Excellent communication, Influencing and negotiating skills
  • Ability to prioritise responsibilities under pressure and be self-motivated
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build effective relationship
