Recruitment Partner

Recruitment Partner - Hatfield - £35-38,000 plus benefits

Our client, a well known brand that is going through a period of growth and is looking for a Recruitment Partner to join them. You will need experience of finding suitable talent either in an agency or in-house recruitment environment. Working with key stakeholders to understand requirements across the year and you will be responsible for managing talent pipelines in order to support all hiring targets and keep a talent pipeline for future candidates.

You will be a team player that shows passion for outstanding customer service and ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time, work well under pressure and prioritise. You will be experienced in liaising with senior stakeholders.

the pressure is always on so you will need to work to a composed and resilient approach.

You will need the following experience:-

- Experienced recruiter with previous experience for recruiting within an agency or internal environment
- Familiar in using an applicant tracking system
- Possess strong attention to detail whilst managing multiple roles at any one time
- Proactive and analytical approach
- Strong IT Skills
