Job Details
HR Officer (6 months) - Hertford - £35-37,000
Our client is a well known commercial organisation that is looking for a HR Officer to join the team for a ftc of 6 months.
Duties and Responsibilities will include:-
- Support TUPE Project, assisting with due diligence, consultation meetings and liaising with proposed incumbent
- Provide advice to line managers on all HR issues
- Support Managers through the various stages of procedures by preparing letters
- Advise on company policies with regard to terms and conditions
- support the HR business Partner
It is essential that you have the following experience:-
- Experience of working in a HR Officer role
- Experience of large scale TUPE and HR Projects
- Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation
- Ideally CIPD Level 5
- Excellent interpersonal skills
