My client is fundamentally a not-for-profit, values driven organisation that provides primary care, urgent care and dental services to patients, families and communities. They are seeking to recruit a Recruitment Officer on a temporary basis to join there team. Your new Job As a Recruitment Officer you will be assisting the Head of People Services and wider service team in providing a high-quality recruitment & on boarding service to both employees and managers. You will be responsible in proactively engaging with service managers to determine recruitment needs and ensure vacancies are filled as quickly as possible. Other duties include managing the advertisement process for vacancies, shortlisting candidates, coordinate the interview process, action offers of employment and coordinate the on boarding process and action new starters. To be successful in this role you must be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise work load and conflicting deadlines while remaining efficient under pressure and flexible to unexpected demands.

What you'll need to succeed

- Working with HR systems i.e iTrent
- Managing the end to end recruitment process
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
