Reward Partner - Hatfield - £60,000 plus benefits

Our client is a well known organisation that is going through a period of growth and are looking for a Reward Partner to join the team. Reporting into the Head of Reward, you will build relationships with senior management and colleagues across a variety of business areas as well as engage with external partners in everything related to executive reward. This is a fantastic opportunity in a fast paced environment where there is breadth in your responsibilities.

- Providing data, advice and offer recommendation guidance in respect of senior manager compensation
- Support function with the annual pay review for the senior population
- Manage annual process of variable pay schemes
- Manage senior pay review audit to ensure accuracy of pay
- Completion of Executive Surveys
- Contribute towards the preparation of Remco papers
- Support the Head if Reward Partnering with analysis for ad-hoc projects as required

You will need the following experience:-

- Previous experience of Executive Reward with a strong knowledge of senior compensation, reward initiatives and share schemes
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Experience of full cycle of annual salary reviews
- Strong use of data management and analytical skills
