Recruitment Coordinator | Salary around 26k | Remote Working | Temp (2/3 months)


An exciting opportunity to join a Health Care Charity currently seeking a Recruitment Coordinator, on a temporary basis, to start immediately. This role will be fully remote.

Your New Role

In your new job as Recruitment Coordinator you will be responsible for tasks such as managing recruitment activity, working alongside hiring managers, writing advertisements, posting advertisements, screening applications, arranging interviews for suitable candidates, putting applications through, managing offers, pre-employment checks and also the recruitment administration side of the process.

What You'll Need

- A minimum of a year's resourcing experience.
- High competence levels in using a wide range of sourcing tools and techniques, including internet and tech.
- Excellent administration and organisation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of successfully managing a high volume of vacancies at any one time where possible.
- Strong IT skills.
- Excellent attention to deal.
- Familiarity with HR databases, (Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - important).
