Talent Advisor

A top global management consultancy firm are recruiting for a Talent Advisor to join their team. As Talent Advisor, you will be a vital support to a successful and rapidly growing business line, whilst working closely with a Program Manager.

There will be a primary focus on professional development and resourcing and this role will provide a real opportunity to gain broad exposure to the Talent function whilst working in a dynamic and professional environment. There will be many learning opportunities for an individual who is hard working and motivated.

As Talent Advisor, you will have responsibility for areas such as:

• Resourcing support such as tracking movements and changes and advising Managers on suitable project allocations
• Professional development support such as acting as confidant for consultants and managing reviews
• Training coordination
• Ad hoc support

As Talent Advisor, you will possess:

• A friendly and approachable demeanour
• Strong communications skills both written and verbal
• Strong education, to degree standard
• 2 years + in a professional environment
• Strong computer literacy - MS Office suite
