Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a leading FMCG business who are looking for a Reward Analyst to join the team on a 6 month fixed term contract. This role has come about due to recent mergers which has led to a number of projects coming up within the reward team.
Reporting into the Reward Director your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting with year end reward processes including salary and bonus reviews
* Benchmarking salaries in each new region and ensuring they align with the business
* Supporting with M&A work
* Managing the company benefits including renewals, liaising with providers, communicating with the business, and acting as the point of contact
We are looking for a candidate who has a background in reward and has ideally worked on an international basis.
