Henlee Resourcing is working with a market leading business based near Nottingham, to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner on an initial 12 month fixed term contract (with a strong likelihood of going permanent).

They're tasked with devising and implementing plans to ensure that the business is prepared to successfully meet the challenges and ambitious growth targets ahead. Supporting with appropriate structure, talent and capability, resourcing, skills development, staff engagement and performance.
In the diverse role, you will support the Head of HR and partner senior managers to help drive this people and culture strategy, whilst coaching and guiding them on HR policies and topics. You will support on projects and people focused initiatives, act as a point of escalation for the SSC on complex ER cases and, provide detailed MI reporting with analysis, to enable informed business decisions.
Suitable applicants must be experienced HR Advisors, managers or business partners with solid all-round commercial, strategic and operational acumen. You will ideally be CIPD qualified, with excellent stakeholder management experience, gained within larger change/transformation environments. You will possess a high level of drive, be confident with presenting, have excellent communication and influencing skills and a successful track record of coaching managers.
