Ashley Kate are pleased to be partnering with our client in Leeds city centre, who during an exciting period of growth, are seeking Senior HR Administrator and MI Analyst to join their team!

Our client have a brand new office, great benefits, and a blended approach to office and home working.

This is a exciting role as it is a hybrid between HR operations and Management information, so we seek a strong Senior Generalist HR administrator who has an eye for detail, data, numbers and analytics!

Manage the HR Operations administration service and ensure high standards are met at all times.
Provide supervision, support and appropriate delegation of HR Admin tasks to the HR Co-ordinator.
Responsible for the developing and accurate maintenance of the full suite of HR Excel databases, HR admin processes and procedures.
Responsible for HRMI production to support monthly, quarterly and ad hoc requirements for people scorecards, business dashboards, people risk reports, subject specific people updates.
Keep procedure manuals up to date and maintained in relation to all HR Admin processes and tasks.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation in relation to contracts of employment, policies, procedures, employee handbook etc. (UK & European)
Provide basic HR policy and guidance advice to colleagues throughout their employment cycle with the Society from onboarding to exit.
Collate and prepare the HRMI on a monthly basis to pass to Payroll Consultant.

To be considered you will be an experienced HR professional, with experience in management of HR MI, data and reporting, you will be advanced in the use of Excel, and be confident to manage reports for senior management.
