A leading global law firm are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join their team. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, this role will be involved in the sourcing, attraction, selection assessment and recruitment processes for business services and legal resourcing into the Birmingham and London offices.

You will primarily concentrate on business services recruitment and the role will provide exposure to a wide range of senior people including partners and department heads. As Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Working with appropriate colleagues to define roles and produce job descriptions
  • Advising on appropriate sourcing and attraction strategies
  • Driving suitable direct sourcing methods
  • Briefing agencies on role requirements
  • Managing direct applicants and agency applications
  • Arranging and participating in interviews and testing
  • Managing the feedback process
  • Managing the offer process
  • Liaising with HR Manager/Advisers for Business Services
  • Checking and processing recruitment invoices
  • Building relationships with agencies on the PSL
  • Developing internal relationships with Business Services managers and relevant stakeholders
  • Adhoc project work

As the Recruitment Coordinator, you will possess:

  • Strong experience of working in a recruitment function either in-house or in an agency
  • Proven ability to recruit at all levels
  • Strong IT skills
