An independent business based in Milton Keynes are currently recruiting for a Head of HR to come in at look at re-establishing the HR framework including systems, people, practises. The company are the largest independent in their sector, turnover c. £50million and 525 employees.
Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director, supporting a Senior Leadership team Directors including Commercial, Business Development, Operations, IT and Finance your role is responsible for all HR operations activity in the organisation, overseeing the whole HR function. T he role will be required to work closely with stakeholders across the organisation, taking the lead on all operational HR requirements, delivering key HR projects whilst building successful relationships across and outside of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
For this role the company are looking for experienced HR professionals who ideally have experience working in independent businesses and it is essential you have experience in establishing a complete HR framework including systems, people and practises.
Due to the nature of this role the company are able to look at recruiting either on a Fixed term of permanent contract basis.
