HR Manager to support on general HR activities including ER and the recruitment plan for a period of 6 months.
Established Distribution/Logistics business in the West Midlands.
As Interim HR Manager based in the West Midlands you will be responsible for generalist HR activities including:
- General ER activities.
- Delivery of a challenging recruitment and on-boarding plan.
- Supporting and coaching line Managers within the Operation.
- Additional day to day generalist HR activities.
To be considered for this role you will be a proven and proactive HR generalist, able to work with autonomy and ideally with experience in the Logistics/Distribution sector and within a fast-paced environment.
You will have sound relationship-building and coaching skills and the ability to work with operational managers and provide appropriate support.
up to £50k per annum
On-site with flex for 1 day/week home-working.
