A leading mental health charity in the UK, with prevention at the heart of their work, striving to find and address the sources of mental ill-health so that people and communities can thrive (headcount circa 130)
Description
- Developing and implementing a renewed diversity and inclusion (D&I) strategy
- Embedding D&I best practice
- Developing and implementing a Learning and Development (L&D) strategy for our capability needs
- Monitoring and communicating progress in these important areas
Profile
Ideal candidates will have experience across the following areas:
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Specialist knowledge and experience, at leadership level, of issues, legislation and good practice in diversity, inclusion and belonging - both within organisations and across national and global communities
- Responsibility for and/or implementing the delivery of D&I activity, showing clear and tangible outcomes against objectives
- In depth understanding / experience of the impact of racism and other power inequalities
Learning and Development:
- Demonstrable significant experience of designing, implementing and delivering successful learning programmes that support organisational strategy
- Conducting regular learning needs analyses to design, develop and implement evidenced L&D plans informed by the latest thinking and best practice
- Embedding a culture of continuous learning, improvement and development.
General:
- CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
- Skilled and experienced change agent
- Relationship-building and facilitation skills
