As Wellbeing & Social Mobility Manager you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and providing support and guidance on wellbeing and CSR related activities.

My client is a professional services firm with a global network spanning more than 150 countries.

Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Continuing to evolve and where needed develop the wellbeing strategy and communications
  • Continuing to develop our citizenship strategy and communications, encompassing the new ESG strategy
  • Running annual calendar of wellbeing events and campaigns to ensure information is cascaded via the intranet and email newsletters. E.g. Mental Health Awareness Week, World Mental Health Day, Suicide Prevention Day etc
  • Delivering presentations for business areas to showcase wellbeing resources and support available for colleagues
  • Be actively involved in the new Trustee Network and help develop its remit and membership through events and communications
  • Developing tools and best practice guides to ensure compliance with existing commitments

Profile

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of leading, evolving and developing internal and external strategies to support these areas
  • Demonstrable experience of working as a Wellbeing/Citizenship/CSR Manager ideally in a Professional Services firm
  • Ability to gather data, analyse issues and is able to breakdown themes systematically
  • Strong project management skills
  • Significant experience in dealing with and influencing a variety of stakeholders

Job Offer

Up to £60,000
