Reporting into the Head of Reward your responsibilities will include:
* Managing compensation projects including benchmarking and job grading
* Taking the lead on cyclical reward activities
* Supporting the Head of reward with developing the global reward strategy
* Working on M&A activities when required and supporting the business with harmonisation projects relating to this
You must be an experienced compensation profession who has worked on an international basis.
