Great opportunity for an experienced Reward professional to support a small NFP organisation with their Total Reward Strategy
The client is a small NFP in the West Midlands
As Interim Reward Analyst/Manager you will be responsible for a complete review of the organisations total review, from Job Evaluations, Pay grading, external benchmarking and benefits.
The successful candidate will have experience doing a specialised Reward role, including Job Evaluations, implementing a new Job Evaluation scheme, pay grading, external benchmarking.
On offer for the successful candidate is a hybrid role (1-3 days per week in the office), flexible working and a lovely work environment.
This role is on offer for 12 months on a FTC £42,000 - £45,000 per annum + benefits.
However, day rate and part-time applications will also be considered.
