Talent Acquisition Business Partner

Your new company Working for this well known commercial retail business, you will be supporting operations across the multiple sites from the Midlands up to Scotland. Working as part of a larger resourcing / recruitment team, you will ensure that they are able to attract, recruit and retain the very best talent into the business.

Your new role Reporting into the Head of Recruitment, you will work in close partnership with Area Manager and Store Mangers to over see the end to end recruitment life-cycle for senior roles across multiple sites. This will include engaging with stakeholders and scoping requirements, through to sourcing, interview management and offers. Whilst individual stores are responsible for the recruitment of entry level roles, you will also support them ensuring that they have the right talent attraction and interview processes in place.

Whilst you have the ongoing support of the team, this role offers autonomy and full ownership of the recruitment process.

Whilst this role is home-based, it would be anticipated that you would be visiting sites and stakeholders 2-3 days per week.

What you'll need to succeed We are looking for an experienced recruiter who has managed the full end to end recruitment process. Candidate and stakeholder is experience is key to this team - so we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing the best possible service.
