The HR Advisor of this Global Consultancy will play a critical role in providing front line HR advice and support across the London office, and in some instances, across the rest of the European and IMEA region.

 

You will have end-to-end responsibility for the employee life-cycle and help ensure that the HR operations and processes are seamlessly run.

Description

The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor of this Global Consultancy based in London, will be as follows:

  • Manage employee life-cycle processes from on-boarding to leaving process. (Sage People Hub)
  • Responsible for drafting offer letters and contracts
  • Conduct HR Inductions/Conduct exit interviews
  • Manage family leave processes such as maternity and shared parental leave
  • Supporting with various capability investigations, including grievance and disciplinary
  • Review employee relations, performance management, resourcing and staff management, escalating where necessary
  • Own Holiday/Sickness Absence process via Sage People
  • Reward and recognition
  • Support appraisal process preparation twice a year
  • Mental health and Well-being initiatives, generating awareness and sharing ideas
  • First point of contact for all HR related queries

Profile

The successful HR Advisor for this Global Consultancy based in London will possess the following:

  • CIPD qualification - level 5 or working towards level 7
  • Demonstrable experience working as an HR Advisor/Generalist in an advisory capacity, working with all levels of employees and senior management, ideally from a global professional services or client-facing environment
  • A self-starter with the ability to work within a team-based environment or on your own as required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise own workload to meet tight deadlines, as well as forward-plan and project manage tasks against longer timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to build warm and highly professional relationships quickly and with ease
  • Knowledge of HR systems (desirable: Sage People)

 

Job Offer

This HR Advisor role for a Global Consultancy based in London is initially a temporary position, with the potential to go permanent.

Competitive salary paying between £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience.
