Pay Structure Review Specialist (Home Based)

Your new company

I am currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a not for profit organisation who are on the lookout for an experienced Pay Review Specialist who will be able to partner with them on reviewing their current pay structure and making recommendations on a revised structure that underpins the pay element of being an employer of choice.

Your new role

The project will start in September 2021 and planned to be completed by mid-December 2021. It will be sponsored and overseen by the Chief Executive and operationally supported and led by the Head of HR and OD. You will be required to occasionally travel to various office locations to attend team meetings, but the role is remote and you will be able to work from home.
The pay structure review is to ensure they are positioned in the social care sector and specifically in adult learning disabilities to attract and retain the best and most suitable people to be their employees. Their pay structure needs to align with business and employee needs and underpin their cultural change.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful within this position you will need to be able to demonstrate experience in the below:

• Proven track record of pay and reward structures review, implementation and understanding of how pay can contribute to widening markets and organisation's competitive edge
• Experience in social care pay and reward would be an advantage
• Communicating new pay structure and what it means for organisation's staff
• Leading on staff engagement about the project
• Implementing the policy consequences that enable continued staff engagement
• Training leaders and managers to better understand of what drives pay, and how it works
