Description
As a resourcing advisor the key responsibilities are;
- End to end recruitment for junior roles within the business.
- Building good relationships with hiring managers.
- Utilising ATS.
- Pro-actively building a talent pipeline for the business.
- Liaising and building relationships with third party suppliers.
Profile
- Excellent communication.
- Key stakeholder management.
- Previous recruitment experience ideally within a high volume environment.
- Motivated, highly organised and great time management.
- Willing to work on site 5 days a week.
