Page Personnel HR are working with one of the UK's largest provider of community-based social and home care services. The Resourcing Partner role will have regional recruitment responsibilities and involve people management. This is a fantastic role for someone with good knowledge of recruitment processes who is passionate about driving change. The role is based in Stoke on Trent and will require travel.

Client Details

Our client are a large and reputable company who have huge plans for growth. The newly created Resourcing Partner role will be based in Stoke on Trent and requires some travel.

Description

The key responsibilities for the Resourcing Partner are managing a small team of resourcers, liaising with senior stakeholders, managing targets, producing KPI reports, delivering training, performance management, implementing strategy and change, troubleshooting, and recruitment. The role is based in Stoke On Trent and requires some travel.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have/be:

  • A strong understanding of high volume recruitment processes
  • Previous line management experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to build strong relationships up to Director level
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Computer literate with MS Office and ATS
  • Operationally savvy with a passion to drive change and improvement
