Your new role
My client are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor (pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry preferred) to join their HR team to be responsible for full cycle recruiting and identifying hiring needs and filling job openings. The responsibilities of this role include identifying future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing candidates through databases and social media, conducting interviews when necessary, filing paperwork as required.
The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be organised and detail oriented. You will need to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to gain a better understanding of manager's recruitment needs and requirements.
Working hours: 37.5 / week, Monday-Friday (flexible on start / finish times).
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate must have at least 3 years+ recruitment experience (agency or internal), with a recruitment qualification and knowledge of an ATS. An understanding of HR and / or a CIPD qualification from working within a wider HR function will be an advantage too.
What you'll get in return
