The HR Administrator will be responsible for a wide range of duties from an administrative perspective. From payroll and benefits to the employee lifecycle, recruitment and ad0hoc HR projects, there will be a broad scope to your role. The HR Administrator must have the high level of attention to detail required to perform this role and must be able to work to a high degree of accuracy.

Client Details

The client is a global Asset Management firm experiencing rapid growth and are therefore looking to increase the headcount of their HR team in London in order to assist with the workload. The client operates in a fast-paced dynamic envionment and has their London office based in the Mayfair area.

Description

The HR Administrator will be responsible for:

- The employee life cycle

- Payroll administration

-Benefits administration

- HR Projects

-Updating and maintaining the HRIS workday

-Supporting with recruitment activities

Profile

The successful candidate must have at least 1 year of previous HR experience, ideally from a Financial Services or Professional Services background within a small HR team. It is essential that you are familiar with using a HRIS.

You must be hard working and willing to work in their offices in London. High levels of attention to detail are critical as well as being a team player and a roll up your sleeves attitude.

Job Offer

The client is offering an incredibly competitive salary dependent on experience. There is a possibility for a permanent offer at the end of the 12 month FTC and there will be the opportunity to fine tune your HR Administration duties in a well established Asset Management firm.
