Ashley Kate HR are pleased to be supporting a world leading client in their search for a Employer Brand Specialist.

This is a perm role with a salary of £50k. The company is based in Stevenage but offers remote working.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and ambitious Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing professional to lead on the research, strategy planning and delivery of all UK recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives.

Main duties -
Promote opportunities and company culture (with a focus on diversity) through organic and paid for content, driving traffic to our careers website
Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) and develop and execute content strategies.
Support the wider Resourcing team with multi-channel recruitment campaigns across Experienced Hire and Early Careers recruitment
Responsible for developing relevant content themes and stories and keep all careers pages and platforms updates
Work with key internal stakeholders to identify and source appropriate stories and content
Write and proof read copy, developing engaging messages that stand out from fierce competition
Refresh and maintain content on the careers website
Oversee the delivery of analytics for campaigns and track ROI
Support on the roll out of the Group EVP, and lead on the implementation in the UK
Oversee all creative development and manage internal and external agency and job board relationships
Partner with Resourcing, HR, Internal Communications, and the ED&I teams to ensure consistency and stakeholder

Skills/experience -
Someone with the drive and dedication to succeed coupled with an enthusiasm for Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding.
Relevant experience within a recruitment marketing or employer branding capacity (agency or in-house).
Deep understanding of social media, PPC, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and knowledge of specific recruitment media (i.e. job boards) would be highly beneficial.
Experience of monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
Strong copy writing and proof reading skills.
A passion for the defence industry, understanding what we do and why
Experience of overseeing creative development working with either in-house or agency teams.
Ability to provide creative story-telling tailored for a range of audiences.
Knowledge and experience of digital branding, marketing and Google Analytics.
Experience of web content management systems.
Ability to build and maintain rapport with key stakeholders
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Prioritise workload to achieve deadlines and take advantage of topical content and campaigns.
Ability to work at pace, under pressure and across all levels of the organisation.
Be a resilient, self-starter and motivated to execute this role to an excellent standard.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Attention to detail.
