Senior HR Advisor (Lead on HRIS & Training) - North London - £40-45k
Our client has a newly created role for a Senior HR Advisor with a bias on HRIS and Training. You will report into the Head of HR and provide a proactive, end to end, comprehensive HR service to line managers and staff which includes HRIS, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Training & Development.
- HR Management Information Systems and Reports - day to day management of the HRIS, provide training to staff and managers on the HR systems and produce reports for workforce statistics, absence data, kpi's etc
- Learning and Development - work in partnership with managers to identify team and individual capability levels and gaps within teams. Contribute to the annual development plan. Be responsible for the delivery of coaching,. Deliver and evaluate the programmes identified in the Development Plan
- Recruitment and On-Boarding - oversee as necessary the Recruitment function , providing expert support and advice to recruiting managers
- Employee Relations - provide support when needed to the ER Advisor on all aspects of casework.
You will need the following experience:-
- Working knowledge and experience of HRIS's
- Advanced Excel User
- Proven experience of HR Management
- Working knowledge and experience of the employee lifecycle
- Experience of delivering Training & Development
